Determination of Antibody Affinity

Antibody affinity refers to the strength of the interaction between an antibody and a specific epitope and is typically measured by the equilibrium dissociation constant (KD). It is another important parameter for antibody validation. Creative BioMart provides several techniques to determine antibody affinity, including but not limited to ELISA, surface plasmon resonance (SPR), bio-Layer interferometry (BLI), and microscale thermophoresis (MST).
